The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations. The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror.

Hotel Santa Barbara was very conveniently located just across the road from Freedom Square in the old town. Staff were incredibly helpful especially on reception where they booked taxis for me and loaned me the phone to deal with a flight problem. Thank you. Beds and pillows were super comfortable so we had some great sleeps. Internally the hotel was very quiet though we had some screeching from seagulls outside. I think small improvements could be made to breakfast which wouldn't cost much: some granola would be number one on the list. Overall we loved this hotel and would return.

Cozy apartment, great team. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment and had the opportunity to leave our luggage for the last day in Tallinn. Thank you very much for the hospitality and the attention.

It is located in the bottom area of the old town and is a short walk to many bars and restaurants located there. It bigger than a hotel room and the small kitchen allows you to make small meals. There is cutlery, plates, bowls and cooking utensils. An ideal base camp to explore the city but not a place to sit in comfort
